Returns and Exchanges
At North and Needle, each product is made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please reach out using our Contact Us page. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may request photos of the item to help our fulfillment team process your request quickly.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item, depending on your preference. Please note that it may take a few business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items or for issues related to size or buyer’s remorse.
